A classic and refreshing Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc, with notes of cape gooseberries, granadilla, and green apples. This wine is a special balance between new world power and old-world finesse.
The 2020 vintage is considered a highlight of the decade. With sufficient water, moderate temperatures and healthy, but balanced vigor, it was a vintage that delivered grapes with high natural acidity and concentrated flavors.
The vintage was also characterized by very strong winds, however, vineyards on the Simonsberg slopes did not suffer any damage and benefited from the cooling of the bunch zones.
