Eye: Lively red with purple reflection
Nose: Expressive on well matured red and black fruits (crushed strawberry, cherry). It comes with a bit of leather notes and black spicy sensation (black pepper). The expression of the sunny terroir.
Mouth: A pleasantly fruity palate on black fruits with light spicy notes. This wine is fruity and lively, but with very soft tannins. Red berry notes are characterized by a perfect balance.
Pairing: It can be enjoyed on a very large range of food, the roundness and the freshness make it easy to pair: Mediterranean cuisine, Sweat and sour, Asian food. This wine can even be slightly chilled.
